Meet your AIM staff:

Coach Brandon “Coach B”:

My name is Brandon, but most people know me as Coach B. I’m a husband, father, and proud dance dad to Emmie. I love Jesus, and my faith is an important part of who I am.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and currently teach elementary science. Over the years, I have coached a variety of sports at the elementary through high school levels. Most recently, I served as the head coach of the Graves County Middle School Track & Field team, where our athletes set multiple school records. I also hold certifications in KMA/KHSAA Sports Safety, Medical Symposium, and CPR/AED/First Aid.

In addition, I have completed NASM coursework in fitness programming, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, along with studies in adolescent and sports psychology.

I am passionate about continuing to grow through education and training so I can better serve and support the dancers of AIM.

Coach Sarah:

My name is Sarah, and I am so excited to be part of AIM Dance Academy. I am the wife of Brandon (“Coach B”) and a proud mom to Jaidyn and Emmie. Emmie is a member of the AIM Elite Team, and Jaidyn is one of her biggest cheerleaders. My faith in Jesus is at the center of my life and guides all that I do.

I hold a degree in Elementary Education as well as a Master’s degree in Literacy, and I have been teaching in Graves County for 13 years. For the past two years, I have also assisted my husband as a middle school track coach. In addition, I hold certifications in KMA/KHSAA Sports Safety, Medical Symposium, and CPR/AED/First Aid.

Being a dance mom for the past seven years has been one of my greatest joys, and I am incredibly honored to pour into these dancers and be part of their journey at AIM.

Miss Sara:

Hi! I’m Sara, and I am so honored to be a teacher here at AIM!

My dance journey began at just 3 years old, and I have now been dancing for over 10 years. I trained with Mrs. Alyssia throughout my childhood, and she is one of the biggest reasons my love for dance has remained so strong. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many incredible teachers and choreographers from across the country. After competing at dozens of competitions, I truly fell in love with the competitive dance world. I am honored to hold a Miss Teen Dancer of the Year title along with several overall high point awards. Outside of dance, I also spent many years involved in gymnastics, which helped further shape my strength, discipline, and passion for movement.

Beyond the studio, I am a full-time college student majoring in Early Childhood Education, and I currently hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential for Preschool. My goal is to earn my Bachelor’s degree and become a preschool teacher. Teaching — whether in the classroom or the dance studio — holds such a special place in my heart. I am incredibly thankful that both Mrs. Alyssia and the Lord have given me the opportunity to pursue both passions.

Dance has been a lifelong passion that continues to stay close to my heart. It is a gift that the Lord allows so many people to fall in love with, and I am blessed to be one of them.

I cannot wait to create positive, encouraging, fun, and faith-centered dance memories with every student at AIM!

Miss Taya:

Hi, I’m Kataya! I am incredibly grateful to be joining the AIM staff and stepping into my lifelong dream of becoming a dance teacher.

I began dancing at just 5 years old and have continued ever since, growing through 13 years of training and experience. Dance has always been such a huge part of my life, and I’m excited to now pour that same love, encouragement, and passion into the next generation of dancers. Teaching is a role I hold very close to my heart, especially because of the impact mentors like Mrs. Alyssia have had on me throughout my journey.

Outside of the studio, I am a follower of Christ, and my faith is the center of everything I do. I also enjoy performing in community theatre and have always had a deep love for the arts. I am so thankful to God for placing me exactly where I am and for giving me the opportunity to serve Him through AIM while helping young dancers grow in confidence, creativity, and passion.

Mrs. Savanah

Hello! I'm Mrs. Savanah, and I am incredibly grateful to be joining the AIM staff. Children have always been my passion, and I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to pour into the lives of these wonderful dancers while helping them grow both on and off the stage.

My husband and I have been married for 12 years, and together we have three beautiful daughters. Our family also enjoys hosting high school exchange students from around the world, who quickly become part of our family and hold a special place in our hearts.

Professionally, I serve as the Director of a preschool in Paducah, Kentucky. I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work. Teaching is something I hold very close to my heart, and I cherish the opportunity to be a positive role model for children as they develop confidence, character, and a love for learning.

As a follower of Christ, my faith is the foundation of everything I do. I am deeply thankful to God for guiding my family to where we are today and for opening the door for me to serve through AIM. I believe He has placed me here for a purpose to encourage, support, and help young dancers discover the unique gifts He has given them.

Dance has always held a special place in my heart, especially as I watch my two youngest daughters pursue their love of dance with such excitement and dedication.

I am honored to be part of the AIM family and look forward to helping young dancers grow in confidence, creativity, passion, and faith while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
