Meet your AIM staff:

Coach Brandon “Coach B”:

My name is Brandon, but most people know me as Coach B. I’m a husband, father, and proud dance dad to Emmie. I love Jesus, and my faith is an important part of who I am.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and currently teach elementary science. Over the years, I have coached a variety of sports at the elementary through high school levels. Most recently, I served as the head coach of the Graves County Middle School Track & Field team, where our athletes set multiple school records. I also hold certifications in KMA/KHSAA Sports Safety, Medical Symposium, and CPR/AED/First Aid.

In addition, I have completed NASM coursework in fitness programming, anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, along with studies in adolescent and sports psychology.

I am passionate about continuing to grow through education and training so I can better serve and support the dancers of AIM.

Coach Sarah:

My name is Sarah, and I am so excited to be part of AIM Dance Academy. I am the wife of Brandon (“Coach B”) and a proud mom to Jaidyn and Emmie. Emmie is a member of the AIM Elite Team, and Jaidyn is one of her biggest cheerleaders. My faith in Jesus is at the center of my life and guides all that I do.

I hold a degree in Elementary Education as well as a Master’s degree in Literacy, and I have been teaching in Graves County for 13 years. For the past two years, I have also assisted my husband as a middle school track coach. In addition, I hold certifications in KMA/KHSAA Sports Safety, Medical Symposium, and CPR/AED/First Aid.

Being a dance mom for the past seven years has been one of my greatest joys, and I am incredibly honored to pour into these dancers and be part of their journey at AIM.

Miss Sara:

Hi! I’m Sara, and I am so honored to be a teacher here at AIM!

My dance journey began at just 3 years old, and I have now been dancing for over 10 years. I trained with Mrs. Alyssia throughout my childhood, and she is one of the biggest reasons my love for dance has remained so strong. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many incredible teachers and choreographers from across the country. After competing at dozens of competitions, I truly fell in love with the competitive dance world. I am honored to hold a Miss Teen Dancer of the Year title along with several overall high point awards. Outside of dance, I also spent many years involved in gymnastics, which helped further shape my strength, discipline, and passion for movement.

Beyond the studio, I am a full-time college student majoring in Early Childhood Education, and I currently hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential for Preschool. My goal is to earn my Bachelor’s degree and become a preschool teacher. Teaching — whether in the classroom or the dance studio — holds such a special place in my heart. I am incredibly thankful that both Mrs. Alyssia and the Lord have given me the opportunity to pursue both passions.

Dance has been a lifelong passion that continues to stay close to my heart. It is a gift that the Lord allows so many people to fall in love with, and I am blessed to be one of them.

I cannot wait to create positive, encouraging, fun, and faith-centered dance memories with every student at AIM!
