Studio Wear & Shoes:

At AIM Dance Academy, we know how important it is for dancers to have both their own unique style & the proper dancewear- along with the shoes to support their training & performances. We’re here to guide & support you in finding everything your dancer needs to feel confident, comfortable, & authentically themselves- while still staying performance-ready + stylish!

Frequently asked questions:

What should dancers wear to class?

  1. Leotards, tights, and leotard skirts are optional in some classes. Please check with Mrs. Alyssia for specific dress code requirements based on class type.
  2. Fitted tops with leggings and/or fitted dance shorts may be worn in place of a leotard, with permission from Mrs. Alyssia.

Can dancers wear different attire for Hip Hop class?

Dancers can wear anything they are comfortable getting jiggy with, as long as it appropriately covers their body. Hip Hop is a more relaxed class when it comes to attire!

What should students do with their hair?

Please pull dancers hair back away from their face for safe dancing & a distraction free class.
